 Post subject: App connection issue

Hey,
I have some HK Vision cameras on the App where I normally can check the status. Suddenly there came up an error - 'Receiving data from the device timed out' ??? what do I need to do to fix this? thanks a lot for your support! br M

Hi. Have you rebooted everything including router ?

Also how are you keeping the static
