Hello,

The old DVR stopped recording and we received a new one, Navaio NAV-T04S.

I can't figure out how to configure it to see images from my phone.

Please tell me where I'm mistaking:

ip mask: 255.255.255.0

dhcp enabled, starting ip adress 192.168.1.2

dns 1: 192.168.1.1

dns 2: 0.0.0.0 (doesn't change regardless of the number I'm writting)

dmz: 192.168.1.10

router TP-link TL-WR841ND, bridged, rj45 cable from DVR to router

lan, ip: 192.168.1.150

mask 255.255.255.0

dhcp enabled

gateway & primary dns: 192.168.1.1

secodnary dns. 8.8.4.4

dmz: 192.168.1.10

dvr

http port: 80

server port: 8080

network adress: 19.168.1.10

mask: 255.255.255.0

I get "login connection timeout" after 1 minute of searching.

Btw, I can log in from home pc using ip:80

Is your Phone connected to wifi like the same network with your router or your try it from "outside" via mobile data?

Both 4G and Wi-Fi.

Tried with DMZ .150 on Ubee, still doesn't work.

I found out that Ubee 3226 doesnt support NAT loopback, but that doesn't affect me when using mobile network, right?

Hi. You don't need ports to view local

Which port are you using on the apps

Im from Romania. 3G doesn't work either.

I use mostly the 8080 port. This one was for the previous DVR. Also tried 34567, 1612, 5939 and others

Also, I enabled each port I used in both routers.

If UPC in Romania are using the same company policy like in Germany and Switzerland it will not be possible for you to reach your network from outside again. Because they are using a technology called DS-Lite to save IPv4 addresses. That means that you dont have a real IPv4 address and thats why the port forwarding is not working. You get like a fake IPv4 address that you are still able to access IPv4 Services but the way backwards will not work. Im not sure if this is your real problem but in germany and switzerland we have these problems. Only way to solve is to buy a business account. Then you get a real IPv4 and the forwarding should work again. But they are much expensive as for private people...

Sometimes also a call at the support will help...

It's a business line. Not with guarranteed speed, but a business line.

~6 months ago it worked. We had a Cisco router at that time. Our DVR started having problems about the same time the router died.

I thought was a DVR problem until we changed the DVR.

Now I realise I didn't do one thing that might help. Factory reset the router and set up the static IPs again, I only did normal reset.

For the app, im using the IP as it's shown on any ip-check-website, the port set on the DVR, user (admin) and its pass.

I really can't explain why, but I managed to make it work.

The DMZ on both routers is 192.168.1.10

DVR's IP is 192.168.1.3 (automatic)

Using SuperLivePro with just the external IP works (not adding :port after it, as the app asks for).

On settings it shows external_ip:8080 but if I put the :8080 on login page it doesn't work.
