Traffic Cameras?

What type of products would I need to put a few cameras on street lights? It's for a farm. I imagine they all go off wifi? Should be able to go a few kms? What kind of stuff are they using at Intersections? I usually see a couple cameras up there and an antenna.

How many cameras ... and who powers the lights

I do.

They are actually just wooden power poles with a light on top. There is 110v power trenched in to each pole run in a series.

How do they do the cameras at Intersections? I'm sure I can use the same method for here plus I am curious
