CAT 5 4 Camera Transmitters

Can anyone recommend a decent UTP unit that will take 4 BNC inputs and convert them to a single CAT 5? I am assuming that I can just buy two of the same thing which will re-convert before going into my DVR. The run is only 300' and I am powering the cameras locally at the camera end. From what I have read, a passive converter should be sufficient?

Preferably I would like a link where I can buy them direct without having to get quotes first.

Yep, either Nitek or NVT, or any 4 channel would normally work since cat5 is 4 pairs which will cover 4 cameras video.

Personally I only use Active Receivers, and Passive/Active Transmitters, and right now im a NVT fan . But its up to you, both are high grade. If you need audio they both have other products listed for that option as well. Scott can get you good pricing and is a reliable source.

You just tie in a cat5 cable and use 1 pair for each camera, total of 4 pairs for cat5. Gives you real time video.

Alternatively you could multiplex and demux it, using Coax, UTP, or other, but not real time at that point.
