Wireless identification

Recommended Posts

If you where to do a sight survey and try to find out what kind of interferance you have for wireless devices do you use a rf detector with digital frequency counter? or just hook up wireless devices on the main frequences and see what kind of interference you have? Just wondering

Hello Isaac,

You would use a frequency spectrum analyser. You could also use a field strength meter (the satellite/antenna guys use them for alignment) if it's in the frequency range you want to check.

how's it going with the fiber stuff ?
