How can I access cam via my web application

I use cam to integrate to real time e-learning web application ,To view cam I can config to enable/disable IP protection and access account(user name ,password) . So when I enable access account ,User have to login to view cam but they once login when first access to my web application (I don't want user to login again) But if i disable access account ,Everyone who is not student (that know IP address)can view a cam. So I would like to put user name and password (to access cam ) in code ,and when they can login to my Web application they can view a cam too(without login again).

Please give me some solution ,
