Dahua NVR Randomly Rebooting - Flag 0x01! Why?

Good morning everyone. My NVR randomly reboots, maybe three times a month. Upon looking at the log, it shows a "Shutdown" and right after a "Reboot With Flag 0x01." What is the story? The NVR and the POE switches are plugged directly into an expensive APC 1500 Back Ups.

Look in the maintenance section and see if it's set to reboot or not.

Thank you for the suggestion. However, that maintenance auto-restart option is off. Any other ideas? Is this a failing hard drive or power supply in the nvr?

According to dahua [0x01] means DVR improper shut down or the system auto shuts down when encounters abnormal phenomenon.what is your dvr software build date?do you know how to get the ncom infor from RS232 port?

have you tried unplugging the ups from the wall to see if it performs properly?

How old is the ups? They can be great and some can suck. I've gone through three over the years and the one I have now has behaved the best. The batteries die of course and can be replaced, but sometimes the ups is overall just troublesome. Take it out of line for a while and see what happens.

I had exactly the same issue and turned out I had to update each camera individually by going to Camera | Update and click update of each camera. 

Doing an update via Maintain | Manager | Update only updates the NVR.

Turns out the update didn't solve the issue. I moved my NVR away from my surround system sub woofer and also had it replaced with a different model. Not sure which one solved the issue but hasn't randomly rebooted since.
