IVMS 4500 "No more users can access to the device"

hello,

 

I have a problem with Hikvision NVR build 131018 V2.3.4, iVMS works very well with the local wifi. But with external 3G network, I get this error message "No more users can access to the device". Port forwarding is ok, I tried with NAT auto, everything is OK. When I call the camera directly, it works. Or with another DVR (dahua) that's OK.

 

I do not have a question or problem with port forwarding, but I have a real problem with this NVR and this message "No more users can access to the device".

 

I have the message only for live, the replay works !

That error would only appear if for example you have it set for 1 person only and 1 is already logged on. Change the connection number to higher value that what is already the default. I cant recall where that option was.
