hikvision ip ptz camera problem

hi frineds

i have sell to client ip ptz camera (hikvision DS-2DE7174)

and connect it to dvr DS-7204-HWI-SH FRIMWARE 3.0.1

whaen you do this frimware you get one ip camera work whit this analog dvr

evry thing work but i cant use joystick keboard

what i need to do somene can help me (i use rs485 keyboard)
