tapomay 0 Posted January 19, 2015 Dear forum members, I bought 4 nos of Hikvision DS-2CD2412F-IW IR Cube Network Cameras recently. But in one of the camera the alarm LED is continuously lit in solid blue colour which means the camera is unarmed according to the manual. I tried to reset the camera but even after that no result found and I could not able to connect it to network. I have very little knowledge about this. Please help me to sort out the problem. Penhead 0 Posted January 19, 2015 I have the US 3Meg version (DS-2CD2432F-IW) running 5.2.3 build 141024. I was able to turn off the blue LED by unchecking "EZVIS Cloud P2P" which is under Network, Platform Access. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
