ip camera issue

I have a very strange problem : I received from China a good Onvif IP camera 2Mp HD 1920x1080 with white led ( i.e.: it should keep colours also with infrared light)

I installed everything and worked good in day light but the white leds worked, but they are absolutely low illuminating ( at 2 mts you can hardly understant what is taken!)

The IP Camera Client program supplied had also the wi fi option; I tried to insert all data of my wi fi net and enabled it.

UNFORTUNATELY THIS CAMERA HAS NO WI FI BOARD.

Now it is impossible for me to connnect because the wire address is closed and the wi fi address is, of course, not working.

So now the program is not able to restore parameters or reset.

If someone had the same problem... can explain how we can reset a camera that cannot be reached by the IP address?
