3G Router and Hikvision setup help

Hi I have hikvision on a remote location and there is no internet with cable or modem so I must use 3g router, I bought tp-link Archer MR200 with sim card slot, I know how to make port forwarding on normal routers with fixed ip, here I suppose that I must register with noip.com in order to log in remotely.

Can you please give me some steps to follow and how to do it.

Hi you need to look for 3 or 4g fixed sim. And you don't need a ddns service with them

But the cost is high . For a 1 off.
