IP CAM plug-andPlay hardcoded on NVR. What that means ??

Hi ,

I installed 16 IP cams (DS-2CD2132F) on a Hikvision NVR (DS-7716NI).

What does it mean when they say that it's hardcoded on the NVR and I cannot delete it from the NVR menu ?
