iVMS4500 & 4520 issues. Random connection problems Hikvision

Hello guys I am having an issue accessing my cameras while outside of my home. I have read, and have not seen anyone with a similar issue.

I have 8 outdoor b8turbov cameras connected to a ev1008turbo DVR, and I have 6 wifi indoor cameras DS-2CD2432F-IW connected to a DS-7108NI-SN/P NVR.

While at home on wifi on my iphone, I can view all my cameras no problem at all times. While on the go I can also access my cameras no problem, but if I get a message, or press home button, sometimes even change between cameras, or close app it will go to no connection after that. Once I get no connection I am unable to view my cameras for 15-20 mins, sometimes longer.

For DVR I have ports, 80, 8000, and 554 open

For NVR I have ports, 81, 8001, and 8554 open

I have tried iVMS4500 and iVMS4520 apps. Also have tried just outdoor, and just indoor cameras, still same issue. I check my ports and they are always open. Any idea why this is happening?

I have tried changing RTSP port and server port, still no luck.
