Jharper 0 Posted July 16, 2016 I just received my Hikvision DS-2CD2012-I mini bullet IP cam 2 days ago, and basic setup for browser viewing with LiveView was pretty straight forward. However, email setup from the configuration menu failed to work - keep getting "testing failed" with TEST button. I've verified the setup parameters multiple times and tried different ports 465,587,and 25 to no avail. I'm thinking that maybe there is Hikvision compatibility issues with Gmail. Also, LiveView wouldn't work with Chrome, but does with IE. I have the latest available firmware 5.30-150513. Anyone experience similar problems with gmail or Chrome ?
