Avigilon and Axis M Series Cameras

Several installers are complaining of getting error messages when trying to connect Axis M Series cameras to Avigilon Servers.

ACC 5.8.4.16 had this in the release notes:

Resolves an issue where ACC reports Axis cameras with firmware above 6.0 are incompatible with the ACC server.

One installer was still unable to connect Axis M3XXX-V series but the Axis M3xxx-VE connected fine.

Just wondering what your experiences have been.
