P@P viewing via PC

Historically I have always set up remote viewing with port forwarding for NVR's using dyndns and configuring the on site router. In an effort to simplify this process for my on site guys, we have started using the P2P NVR's where they can register the customers account, scan a QR code, and its connected. IOs devices are all good remotely however whats the best platform for still using the QR code function but using a windows based laptop and/or a Mac? I am assuming a mac we can use standard apple apps? But the Win based machines I am lost. I am trying to avoid the port forwarding in routers as my guys dont know how and I dont want to always attend site.

Hi. P2p is not good at all and gives your customers problems.

While all this mira attack is going on some ISP are giving static IP addresses.

But p2p might sound simple you as the installers are taking away your customers network security.
