I need some Help whit Dahua NVR 32 Ch and 32 cameras

I am thinking of acquiring the following system:

1 NVR: NVR / 5832 / (-16P) -4KS2 - http://www.dahuasecurity.com/products/nvr581658325864-16p-4ks2-2691.html (the NVR has 16 poe ports)

1 24ports 10/100/1000 gigabit POE+ Switch

32 Cameras: IPC-HFW5431E-Z - http://www1.dahuasecurity.com/products/ipc-hfw5431e-z-3751.html

My plan is to use the 16 nvr ports and connect one switch for the other 16chanels.

I will use 48TB of hard disk storage and plan to set up the cameras for recording at 3MP 25FPS.

My question is: Is it possible to perform this configuration with this NVR? Because in the datasheet is specified 320Mbps incoming bandwidth.

And I dont know and I dont understand how to do the calculation to know if it is possible to make this configuration and if 320MBPS are enough to support the recording of the 32 cameras in that resolution with those frames.

Camera and NVR datasheet says support H265 codification and i assuming I'm going to use H265

Can someone please guide me on this?
