Motion Detection question, can I set zones.

Hi,

I am looking to purchase a 3 camera HikVision setup for my property and need some help.

My problem is :

I will be installing 2 cameras at the front of my property to cover the driveway and a bit of the outside road.

But I don't want them to be on continuous recording.

This may sound a bit silly but is there a way to setup a motion zone?

Because I don't want every vehicle that passes to set off my motion detection, or else I may as well as be running the cameras in continuous mode.

What I need is the ability to set areas of motion.
