Hikvision iVMS-4200 problems with HCNetSDK.dll

I tryed to search witn no luck on forum.

I use Hikvision iVMS-4200 and have some problems with the HCNetSDK.dll

i have ds2de4220iw-de and try to get it working.

When i use some futures in PTZ i get "controls PTZ failed. Error Code HCNetSDK.dll[29]. (Device operation failed)

Where do i fix information how to fix that
