american dynamics Illustra 3mp cam not connecting to LTS nvr

hi guys i have a 4ch lts TVI with extra ip ch .. camera is a Illustra Pro 3MP Minidome outdoor onvif but i matched all the info from camera end to dvr and opened the ports ( 8000, and 443 )but still cant connect.. on the LTS web interface it says offline " connecting " but never does..

wow 4 days and No reply? is it my username?? whats going on????
