Hello,
Im new to this forum I had a guy from what I thought was a repetible company install a Linux based standalone DVR with a titan software, my front desk was robbed and when I tried to view the recording the the system only had the prior weeks recording on it, so I restarted the system and now it only goes into a live mode option on the desktop meaning I see the cameras however I can not do anything else, Im unable to get to the settings pages. Any help would be grealty appreciated.

Hi SID786,
Hope this will help you.
1. Please try to run the Install wizard and check again the NVR IP address.
2. After running the wizard, please view NVR using Internet Explorer then check the settings and connection of IP cameras.
3. Try also to view the NVR using Nuuo Client.
