Eyemax DVS 9000 card email setup problem

i just got a Eyemax DVS 9000 4 camera card with eyemax software and im having trouble with email setup.

dont know what part is not working, if it is the settings for the smtp sever or settings in the program, dont know how to test it in the software.

things i want to know, im new to cctv software and im using gmail.

can i use smtp.gmail.com or do i use the ip.

have tried ports 25, 465 & 587
