rexina 0 Posted March 22, 2013 How can I record PAL to disk using coaxial input on a desktop machine.? I have a coaxial video camera and a desktop machine running XP with a Digital video recording system card in the PCI slot. Would I use some sort of DVR software to stream/write the video to disk or is there a setting in BIOS that ignores Booting to OS and just streams whatever output to the PCI card.
