briguy6970 0 Posted May 22, 2013 Hello all I'm fixing a customers camera system .... it's quite old - I can't find a driver for the DVR card and have looked everywhere. So the PC that it's in - is running windows XP. I'm real new to dvr and camera systems ---- There's no mfg name really anywhere on the card, the chip on the card says Techwell - TW9903 and another chip has XILINX - with the model number XC95144XL. Lastly on the back of the card there's a sticker with a barcode and this number CH16-A2X600324-0011. I've attached a couple of pictures of the card and the chip.
