Aprricaite some Exacq DVR hardware / server services advice

Hi,

I currently have an Exacq 16Channel DVR we currently upgraded RAM too.

When the RAM upgrade was completed, the DVR (Windows) did a Windows upgrade.

On completion & restarted the Exacq server service was unable to start.

The Exacq client (on the server) was unable to establish a connect to the server.

I went through the services & noticed the Exacq server services was stuck on starting & was unable to get past this stage.

Right clicking on the server service did not allow for a any options.

I have add images to this post, hoping someone has any advise to this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreicated.
