Problem with the CMS of Viscoo

Hi,

I have a Viscoo DVR and 4 analog cameras mounted at home and I have a problem with the live preview:

- When I open them through the CMS of Viscoo, there is a huge delay between the cameras, it goes up to 1 hour of delay. for example one of the cameras is at 10:00, the other one is at 09:00, other one is at 09:45 and etc...

- When I open them through the browser it works perfectly and there is no delay at all, it's working smoothly.

I reduced the image quality to CIF, 6 fps and Variable Bitframe but it didn't solve the problem.

I downloaded the different versions from Viscoo but it didn't fix the problem as well.

It's not a problem of the internet connexion, I have around 5 MB/s upload.

Do you have any idea what can be the problem ?

Can I use another software or CMS to login into the Viscoo DVR ?
