Server address issue

I have x protect go, their free software. I've never had an issue (Aside from linking to cell phone) until recently

i can't log on to my smart client, or even the management application.

Smart client tells me server adress is wrong.

Management application says failed log in. I never changed the login or pw. so I don't know what the issue is.

I'm considering just uninstalling it all and reinstalling it all. since it was free it's not a huge deal....
