PC base DVR having windows 7 privilege issue

Netsafe Hybrid DVR come with windows 7 default user DVRUser which is administrator when open the DVR software everything working fine like can view all the 16 channels and can changed to any division 4 channels, 9 channels or 16 channels. All the setting can be changed or add. It also can mix the IP camera with analog cameras. The issue occurred when we login as normal windows user having user privilege and when log to DVR software the screen become blank. The entire 16 channels screen not changeable and setting also not functioning. Did anyone having this issue before or any idea how to overcome this?
