Help with Alarm Box Connectivity

I have a PC based system that I am trying to get to work with a Mytech MY-P238-I (DV-7608) Alarm Box but the PC is not communicating with it. I tried all possible Protocol settings.

Capture Card is a Linovision NVR+Hybrid 8channel card, VEC driver, running on Windows 7-64bit system.

Otherwise the system works ok; camera record, network viewing, mobile App access and email notification.

I need help in getting my system to work with the box. I need the box to work with motion detectors and other sensors
