Hi good day
I'm having problems with the p2p connection a few days ago it worked correctly
I noticed that I stopped giving the serial number and it was replaced by 0000000 some solution

Hi. You will need to change unit password to 8 letters and numbers.

Then go to app and register with dahua

Once I had faced this issue with my CCTV camera. At that time I took the help of hp support assistant and the gave me complete assistant on that matter. I am really thankful to them. So if you can't get your answer tell now then you can also take their help.

That would be a waste of a phone call to India and pointless
