 Post subject: Onguard error message

Hallo
I am useing lenel and Onguard 7.0 with truevision NVR tvn 21p.
Since yesterday I have an error message like one in the attachement.
If I restart the server or the client pc where truevision player is installed the error message is no longer displayed.
So what seems to be the problem?
