Regarding an HDR-04RD DVR. No manufacuters name anywhere(May be Hunt Electronics). This is a DVR supporting four security cameras. When you turn on all four cameras and set the DVR to show all at once, the four pictures are supposed to be of equal size. My problem is the pictures in the upper two sections of the monitor screen are too big and this causes the lower two pictures to be cut off. I need to know how to change the sizes of the pictures. Strange thing is that when looking at each of the four pictures individually at full size they are the correct size. Second problem is that in trying to change the settings to correct the above problem somehow I have turned off the color and only get black and white pictures. How can I turn the color back on? Lacking a solution to my specific problem does anyone know how to reset this DVR to original factory settings? Thank you for the help.
