KGuard DVR KG-SHA104/KG-SHA108 reset & password problems

Hello,

I fitted a KGuard DVR the manual is for kg-sha104/kg-sha108 not sure which one the system is as its hidden in shop and I'm in my house. The system was working fine and still is except my friend has lost the passswords for the admin and user accounts.

I have read the manual it say to contact the tech support but the number is for a non uk country also has no international dial code. Still no answer from the support email address.

Can anyone help me with these to problems;

1.How to reset the passwords

2.Is there such a thing as master reset and how to do it, is it as simple as disconnecting from the power?

Any help would be great

I have received a pdf on how to change the password here is what I have, this has not been tested yet but I will report back once Iget into his shop to try it. This information was sent from KGuard security Technical Support via email and was in the form of a PDF.

SHA reset password

Local password

If you want to reset local DVR password, please try the steps:

1. Please try this temporary password 519070 to login

2. Change your admin password

3. Reboot DVR and login with new admin password to check new admin password is

working.

Will keep yous posted on results anyone able to confirm a master reset method for SHA 104/SHA108?

My KGuard SHA104.v2

hangs up Everytime I reboot,

it works Properly, but when i try to operate, nothings happen.

I only heard the beep in every single push on the button switch,

can you please help me what should i do,,,
