Dear All, I have a problem viewing video files thru video viewer and also with Internet explorer. It looks like the recorder video file is corrupted.
Video Viewer is 0.1.8.4 version and DVR has a 1030.1012.1012.1014.
It is recording and I can see all the cameras but when I want to retrieve any recording I am not able to. I get an error.
When I go to backup the select the event channel and time and then click download I get Download failed.
Then when I go to Playback , select start and end , channel and then click play I also get Download failed.
Any idea?
