PowerTeleComm Mercury Issue

UPDATE: It seems I have found the problem. The power supply has gone bad.

 

Hello,

 

I have tried to email the company concerning the issue but I have yet to hear back, I figured I'd try my luck here.

 

My company is currently using a Mercury Model PDVR (namely, the PDVR-16300). Recently, the hard drive failed and I had to replace it. However, upon plugging the recorder back in and turning it on, there is a beep and the Power, Record, and Playback indicator lights flash repeatedly. Nothing appears on the monitor. Is there a way to fix this?

 

Thanks to anyone for your help, I'm assuming it must be a power issue, as the power indicator is the first to flicker.
