Help on Panasonic WJ-HD716 playback quality

Good day. I am working in Casino industry, we've just upgraded from the same brand Panasonic system (sys. controller, DVR, Matrix Switcher) to the newer models. Now our we are using SX-650 matrix, CU-650 system controllers and WJ-HD716k DVRs. The set up was, Camera directed to the Camera in of matrix, then video out of matrix to the camera in of recorders, then monitor 2 out of recorders to the matrix switcher to associate the DVRs into the system, meaning you can access and control the DVRs on all the monitor out of the matrix, by the way we have 32 monitor out, you can also playback immediately the cameras the you were viewing on any monitors. Sorry for the long intro, my question is, why when during playback, the recorded images were not so clear? But live view are crystal clear, my quality setting was set to the highest (resolution, ips, recording quality). Tried also output it to HDMI, but the pictures were the same.
