Can't figure out password on DVR

Hi,

Currently got one of these:

SHVR-7016C-SL

And we are having difficulty with the master password as it's not known, under the username we only have the options for 'Admin' & 'User'.

Is there any way of bypassing or resetting the password?

So you need a password to eschu recorder which only numbers can be entered. Maybe its Dahua?

What is the model of the second registrar and can you give a link to it, with the description of the firmware?

Yes, the firmware shown in the picture below will only allow us to input numbers for the password

What you mean by 'Link to the firmware' I'm not sure? However on Surway's spec list it says it's Embedded Linux.

Ask firmware from your distributor!

Now I understand sorry. Unfortunately we don't have a distributor as these were given to us when a place closed, we only have the equipment.

Haha no, we just don't really know how to work these DVRs.
