mark1210 0 Posted December 18, 2014 Hello, I have a new Hikvision NVR that I am trying to configure - I was led to believe the unit would allow me to sent e-mail's with attachments (from motion that is detected) - from what I've read there should be an option on Configure -> Network -> E-mail to check a box to receive attachments. Problem is, that box is missing. I've upgraded the firmware on the NVR from V3.07 to the latest but no change. Also factory defaulted the system and it's not there. Any ideas?
