Do Hikvision NVRs like DS-7604 hide ip cameras

Hi All:

Newbie here with a simple question.

Do the switches on these NVRs create a new network? or is everything on the same network as the external port?

Will I be able to see my IP cameras from a PC?

Yes you will be able to see your cameras web interface as long as you update your NVR to the newest FW.
