Need help connecting to Verint edge vr 200 DVR

SO im working on a verint edge vr 200. I am not able to connect to the unit via pc .

When i boot up the dvr the screen displays the verint logo then goes blank.

Im not sure what it is that im doing wrong...

It shouldnt be too hard to a ccess the unit but im a bit stumped!

Any body?

It appears that the logo shows during bios boot but then the screen goes blank...

please state exactly what steps you performed prior to and during your connection attemplt via PC.

Also state whether or not the HDD drive bays have drives installed.
