Pelco Duplex Color Multiplexer Won't Output to Monitor

Hello.

I have a Pelco Duplex Color Multiplexer connected to an old Ademco monitor. The multiplexer won't output video to the monitor, but I can still view the cameras through our Avocent switchview device on a different monitor. The multiplexer keeps flashing all lights and clicking. When looking at the cameras tied to that DVR on the other monitor, they seem to be cycling through all of them, with different ones getting brighter like on a cycle. I've tried unplugging the multiplexers and resetting the DVRs. I held down view while restoring power to the multiplexer, but nothing seems to break it out of this cycle. I read somewhere this may have been caused due to a fluctuation in power. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time.
