Can I replace firmware of CC-264DVR8CH?

Hello

I happen to have a DVR 8CH a company called " Clickcam " This web page does not help much, does not have to update or change firmware or anything.

DVR came without CD, Manual, I can see a camera from web, but you cant see grid of several camera at a time, shows one at a time, not let me adjust ports or through the website, or files hosted on the HD (hard disk) is stressful.

I wonder if I can change the firmware? or at least change the vision to the page, to see them in grid, as seen on the monitor is plugged into the DVR directly .

The model of the DVR is CC-264DVR8CH by the company called "ClickCam", the device has printed "H.264 | Network DVR" .
