Verint edge vr200 Nextive Mobile setup

Hey Everyone,

Id like to setup my phone to view live video from the nextiva mobile video app. From what ive researched this is the only platform from which i would be able to do this. I am still unsure of which software it is i need in order to make this happen, i have vid center on my pc that works well for viewing video but it seems to me i need to be using nextiva video software for starters in order to make this happen.,, Is this the case? if yes where can i get nextiva software to downlaod free if possible, After that will i need more hardware or software to set this up? I dont have any documentation so im struggling finding the correct direction i need to go in order to make this happen...

Last I checked Verint Edge vr200 is not set up to be viewed via a mobile app. At all. No matter the software you use. In fact all of the EDGE products do not have this feature (last I checked). You can however use the VidCenter software on a pc / laptop for remote viewing..

I have used Verint products a lot .. mostly for high security places (banks, govt, etc). Last I checked on a mobile app for these was about 8 months ago, so ...

Verint has a mobile app available on itunes and google apps. It is a fairly new enterprise item.
