Hikvision NVR, can't save clippings

I have a DS-7616N-E2 NVR.

I am trying to download some clippings of thieving bastards, but the clips seem to go into black hole.

I've configured the download directories (via web interface under user/downloads), but they remain empty.

Please help. I'd like to keep the evidence and put the shoplifters on the wall of shame.

If using Internet Explorer, run it as admin, so it has write rights to the folder where you are trying to save.

I am already logged in as Admin. Do I need to right click on it and run as "Administrator"?
