Identification and Firmware

Hi

I have a FLOUREON 8ch DVR with really poor firmware - Upon web access it just repeats wanting quicktime viewer then quits - It's hi3520 chipset and I have access to the serial. What info do I need to find to locate another more up-to-date firmware for this device?

I'm actually working on developing a firmware for another hi3520 based dvr, do you think you could provide some more photos,

especially of the chips on board?

Oh, on second look this is a hi3520d, which is fairly different. I do want to tackle that at some point, though
