hikvision 7200 series upgrade

I need your help to upgrade my DS-7204 HFI-ST. In this moment I cannot download records and web interface works only with IE in compatibility view.

To be able to download from IE, run it as administrator (right click IE shortcut, choose "run as administrator").

Easiest way out; use iVMS-4200.
