Solved: iVMS-4200 v.2.5.0.5 Windows 10 doesn't show cams

I hope this is the right sub-forum.

I had previously the iVMS 2.4 version running well with Windows 7. Then I upgraded to Windows 10 and also upgraded the video card from NVidia 680GTX to 770GTX.

The program can see the Hikvision DS-9016HQHI-SH and I can go into remote Config and look at the camera output under Image-Image Settings but the video output does not show up on the Main View.

Firmware version upgraded to: 3.1.13 build 160721

I am stumped.

Nevermind: after uninstalling everything and reinstalling, it started to see the cameras and I am back in business.
