How to set SAMSUNG SRN 4000 64CH - No Recording Feature

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this Forum/Site. In-spite-off, may I seek your help on "HOW COULD I CONFUGRE THE "No Recording" FEATURE" of Samsung SRN 4000 64CH.

Recently, my boss purchased Samsung SRN 4000 64CH (thru E-bay) which we have deployed to our New Supermarket. It has a maximum storage capacity of 60TB (raid1/raid2). Much of our desire to minimize recording though, in order for us to have a longer retention period of stored videos; I opted to configure "Motion Detection" as well as "No Recording" feature of ALL and Selected cameras/channel (respectively).

Upon checking the output the following day, "Motion Detection" as well as "No Recording" feature were executed but, the NVR still stored videos from those camera/s of type "STANDARD" - that should not be.

Prior to this, we have purchased Samsung SRN 1673S 16CH and these features are working very fine.

Could anyone help me on this, please.....?
