i have a problem with my new dvr

i installed today the new dvr, when the dvr starts up for the first time , i see that i have no connection on the camera.

is here somebody that can help me with this problem?

the dvr is : samsung srd 480 hd sdi

the camera is : samsung SCV-6081R Outdoor 1080p HD-SDI IR Vandal Dome
